Welcome! I'm Ravindra Pathak — a seeker, engineer, and devotee on a journey to blend spiritual wisdom with meaningful service. This website is a reflection of my life's purpose: to create harmony between professional excellence, spiritual growth, and compassionate service. Through my journey, I have realized that true fulfillment comes when knowledge, devotion, and service unite. May these words, stories, and teachings serve as a guiding light in your own journey.
About My Journey
Born and raised in Pune, I pursued a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (1992) and later a Gold Medal in Industrial Engineering (1995). My career began with Thermax, Pune, where I worked for five years before founding Ravi Industries in 1996. Ravi Industries has since grown into a globally recognized manufacturer of heavy engineering equipment for thermal power projects, employing over 100 skilled workers. Yet beyond professional success, my heart was always inclined toward spirituality. In 1998, the divine grace of Shri Brahmachaitanya Maharaj Gondavalekar transformed my path—deepening my love for devotional chanting, scripture study, and service to society.
Books & Writings
Since 2002, I have been blessed to deliver discourses on Vedanta, saintly literature, and the lives of great souls across India and abroad. My spiritual mission includes organizing Ramkatha, bhajans, and satsangs, while also working on large projects like conducting Ramkatha at the 12 Jyotirlingas (9 completed so far). This journey has not only spread awareness of devotion but also built communities centered on peace, knowledge, and service.
Alongside, social projects like the Chaitanya Goshala Trust (2019) have created impact by supporting 70+ families during the COVID-19 pandemic and conserving 150+ indigenous cattle in Chikhali.

Seva (selfless service) is the foundation of spiritual practice. Through our initiatives, you can volunteer in organizing spiritual events, contribute to the Goshala, or simply help spread the message of devotion. Every effort, small or big, adds to the collective upliftment of society.
